CarrollCLEAN Terms, Packaging & Warranty

Minimum Order

CarrollCLEAN requires a minimum order of $500

Terms of Sale

Net 30 days with approved credit.  Without credit approval, orders must be prepaid.
Payment can be made by Check, Mastercard, Visa, or American Express credit cards.  There will be a fee applied for credit card transactions of 2.5% for Mastercard and Visa and 3% for American Express.
Speical Note:  Invoices unpaid after 31 days will be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month, equivalent annual rate of 18% or not more than the maximum legal rate in your state.

Freight Terms

Please see your specific freight program with CarrollCLEAN.  Special restrictions and fees may apply for hazardous materials or unique shipping requirements.

Damaged Shipments

On prepaid shipments, the customer must note damage upon receipt and immediately contact CarrollCLEAN to allow us to file for damages.  Failure to notify CarrollCLEAN will result in customer’s full responsibility for loss.  Any claim for lost shipments can be handled by CarrollCLEAN.
On collect shipments, the customer must file the claim with the freight company for any damages or lost shipments.  CarrollCLEAN will be pleased to assist the customer with the claim.

Drop Shipments

All drop shipments will be sent freight prepaid unless otherwise specified.  For hazardous materials there will be a $20 upcharge per box shipped via UPS or FedEX ground, $30 per box shipped via air freight and $40 per box air freight international.

Product Sample Policy

CarrollCLEAN will furnish the first sample of an individual product at no charge.  Freight will be billed to customers on a net 30 account.  Samples will be sent to customers set up as pay in advance once payment for the freight has been received.  Call your customer service representative to request samples and freight quotes.  We reserve the right to waive any fees to the customer for samples.

Return Goods Policy

All returns must be authorized by CarrollCLEAN.  When requesting authorization for return, please advise the product(s) you wish to return.  A return authorization number will be issued.  Returns without the return authorization number will not be accepted.  Credit will be based on original invoice price.  In the case of incorrect shipment, CarrollCLEAN must be notified 10 days after the receipt of shipment.  Authorized return (in unopened containers) for reasons other than defective merchandise will be credited at the original invoice price less 20% restocking charge.  All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

Federal Regulations & Label Registration

All products subject to Federal regulations (disinfectants, germicides, insecticides, herbicides, sanitizers) are registered with the appropriate regulatory body by CarrollCLEAN.  CarrollCLEAN conforms to all DOT ground shipping regulations.


Labels furnished by customers requiring special warning statements must comply with all federal regulations.  If not, our stock label will be used.  We will be glad to review your artwork prior to printing of labels to insure compliance with federal regulations.  Applicable fees for artwork and label design may be required.

Product Warranty

CarrollCLEAN warrants that the sealed containers of its products will be labeled in accordance with Federal regulations and that the product will conform to the label description.  CarrollCLEAN disclaims any other warranties including any and all warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose with respect to its products.  CarrollCLEAN’s liability shall be limited to replacement of any defective product and all claims must be in writing and received within twelve months of the invoice date and the merchandise must be available for CarrollCLEAN’s inspection.  In no event shall CarrollCLEAN be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of any defect in its product.

Use the following to calculate approximate weight for freight allowed shipments.  On each container size, weights vary.  The weights listed below are a guideline only and not to be used to calculate freight costs.
