CarrollCLEAN History and acquisitions 1921 Founded 1921 CarrollCLEAN was founded in 1921 by the Carroll Family as the Carroll Company. 1960 Moved to Garland,Texas Carroll Company moved to a 180,000-square-foot facility in Garland, Texas. 1998 Namico Carroll Company acquires Namico brand. 2002 Cleanworks Cleanworks is aquired by Carroll Company. 2005 Cello Cello brand is added to Carroll Company 2012 Acquisition FGL Group Acquires Montgomery Mfg and one additional Cleaning Chemical Packaging Company. Consolidating both in Kennedale TX 2014 FGL Group Acquires completes two acquisitions in 2014. Renamed cpaceX True Blend Chemicals with a focus on automotive cleaners and Chempace® Portable Sanitation and Motorcoach divisions. Rebranded CPACEX building on more than 46 years of tradition, CPACEX supply’s odor control, deodorizers, and cleaning supplies. 2018 FGL Group ACQUISITION of CARROLL COMPANY FGL Group expands with the acquisition of Garland-based Carroll Company. Rebranded CarrollCLEAN this forms one of the nation’s leading packagers of private-branded cleaning and maintenance chemicals. All operations are relocated to Garland. 2019 FGL Group ACQUISITION OF TOMCO FGL Group consolidated Tomco Harwel into operations in Garland TX. 2020 The future is exciting! CarrollCLEAN’s manufacturing facility is located in Garland, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, which is a major transportation hub through the Southwest United States. The facility has more than 180,000-square-feet of manufacturing and warehouse space with 18 dock high doors and a rail spur. The plant is a registered EPA (FIFRA) manufacturing organization, operates FDA-approved facilities, follows documented Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP), is OHSA and UN/DOT compliant, NSF certified, and is approved by the Orthodox Union as a Kosher manufacturer.
